Waterproofing and Separation Materials

HDPE (High Density Polyethylene) waterproofing membrane, also known as HDPE membrane or HDPE waterproofing sheet, is a highly effective material used for separating material layers and providing near-absolute waterproofing.
HDPE waterproofing membrane is considered a popular material in the industrial sector.

HDPE membrane is composed of PE (97.5%) high molecular polymer resin particles and carbon black, along with other additives such as UV resistance, microbial resistance, chemical resistance, heat stabilizers, etc. (2.5%). After processing (membrane calendering, membrane blowing, etc.), PE resin particles become HDPE sheets with an extremely low permeability coefficient K=10-12 ÷ 10-16cm/s.

ADVANTAGES

  • High waterproofing index (the thicker the membrane, the higher the waterproofing capacity).
  • Environmentally friendly, does not harm nature, soil, water, and the surrounding environment, etc.
  • Saves investment costs and construction time while still delivering superior efficiency compared to other traditional waterproofing methods.
  • The waterproofing membrane is flexible, has good elasticity, and adapts to various types of terrain.
  • High service life, up to 25 years.

APPLICATIONS

  • Used for lining ponds, lakes, aquaculture ponds, etc., making it easy to clean and limiting harmful foreign microorganisms.
  • Waterproofing construction for landfills, waste, etc., effectively controlling odors and preventing pollution.
  • Used as biogas digesters in livestock and poultry farms.
  • Applied in industrial projects: oil and gas storage tanks, mineral waste storage, ash disposal for thermal power plants, etc.
  • Waterproofing in construction, irrigation, and transportation projects, etc.
  • Used for landscaping such as artificial streams, fish ponds, landscape lakes, wall and roof waterproofing, etc.
